Refund policy

I hope you love your piece of Zoe Sembi Jewellery but please contact me in the first instance if there are any problems. 
Items can only be returned for a refund in the unlikely event of a fault or a mistake on my part as all jewellery is made to order. If you find a mistake or fault upon receipt you must notify me within 7 days of receiving your item to start the return process.
If you are returning your jewellery to be cleaned, added to or fixed please message me first and I will provide instructions for the return.
Please ensure jewellery is well packaged and sent safely with a signature service.

 

To start a return, please contact me on hello@zoesembijewellery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If agreed, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Warranty & Repairs

Zoe Sembi Jewellery covers the cost of reasonable repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase. Normal wear is defined by wear that is in line with the detailed instructions in our care card provided with each order, or our caring for your jewellery page on our website. If a piece shows signs of improper care, or is damaged in a way resulting from something other than normal wear, i.e. accidental damage, we can repair the piece for a small cost. As a guide a repair to a chain on one our pieces would be £10 plus return postage. You are responsible for ensuring that the item reaches us securely. Please provide a name and a return address enclosed with your repair.

 Unfortunately, we are unable to repair any jewellery that is not an original Zoe Sembi Jewellery piece.

 Resizing of pieces is undertaken at cost and is quoted on a case by case basis. Please try to ensure you order the correct size in the first instance. Ring sizers are available to order here. As an example, a simple ring resize is £10, a ring with a stone is £15 and a bangle is £15 plus postage. As with repairs you are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us securely.
