Delivery & Lead Times

Made to order pieces have a lead time of up to 3 weeks and bespoke/remodelling pieces are normally up to 10 weeks. If we anticipate any changes to this we will let you know as soon as possible. One off pieces are usually dispatched within 3 working days.

 

Delivery

United Kingdom

All orders under £30 are sent via Royal Mail second class at a flat rate of £2.50.

Orders between £30 and £100 are sent via Royal Mail second class signed for at a flat rate of £3.95.

Orders over £100 are sent free of charge via Royal Mail second class signed for.

Orders over £300 are sent free of charge via Royal Mail special delivery.

 

Rest of the World

All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class tracked and signed at a flat rate of £15

 

Local Pickup

We offer a collection service for those who are local. We will inform you via email when your order is ready to collect from the main reception of Croft Myl. The address for collections is Croft Myl, West Parade, Halifax, HX1 2EQ. Reception is usually open Mon-Fri 9:30-3:30 but please call 01422 413035 before you make your journey. On collection you will need to provide your name and order number and sign our collection sheet.
